Welcome to GPIP
Functional proteomics, such as protein expression, represents a powerful approach that can rapidly improve our understanding of the pathophysiology and treatment of cancer. In GPIP (Genetic, Pharmacogenomic, and Immune landscapes of cancer Proteins), we systematically investigated impact of genetic variants in protein expression using protein quantitative trait, patient overall survival means. We also identified associations between protein expression and pharmacogenomic and immune infiltration across human cancers.
