Small non-coding RNAs play a crucial role in the regulation of cancer immunotherapy. In the Pharmacogenomic and Immune landscape of snoRNA (PISNO), we conducted a comprehensive investigation into the influence of snoRNAs on the drug response and tumor microenvironment. Furthermore, our study uncovered significant associations between snoRNAs and both the efficacy and toxicity of immunotherapy.
- In PISNO, users can:
- Browse or search association between snoRNAs and imputed drug response across human cancers;
- Browse or search association between snoRNAs and immune checkpoints across human cancers;
- Browse or search association between snoRNAs and different types of immune cell infiltration across human cancers;
- Browse or search snoRNAs associated with immunotherapy response;
- Browse or search snoRNAs associated with irAE.
