1. What is PISNO?

PISNO (Pharmacogenomic and Immune landscape of SnoRNA) is a database to provide a comprehensive resource of pharmacogenomic and immune landscape of small non-coding RNAs for 31 human cancer types in TCGA.

In PISNO, we provide following data queries:
1) Browse or search association between snoRNAs and drug response across human cancers;
2) Browse or search association between snoRNAs and immune checkpoints across human cancers;
3) Browse or search association between snoRNAs and different types of immune cell infiltration across human cancers;
4) Browse or search snoRNAs associated with immunotherapy response;
5) Browse or search snoRNAs associated with irAE.

2. Modules in PISNO

1) Drug response module: collected snoRNAs which are significantly (|Spearman's correlation| > 0.3, FDR < 0.05) associated with imputed drug response across 31 human cancers.
2) Immune Checkpoint module: collected snoRNAs which are significantly (|Spearman's correlation| > 0.3, FDR < 0.05) associated with immune checkpoint genes across 31 human cancers.
3) Immune Infiltration module: collected snoRNAs which are significantly (|Spearman's correlation| > 0.3, FDR < 0.05) associated with immune cell abundance across 31 human cancers.
4) Immunotherapy Response module: collected snoRNAs which are significantly associated with immunotherapy response (|Spearman's correlation| > 0.3 and FDR < 0.05).
5) irAE module: collected snoRNAs which exhibit significant differential expression between high irAE reporting odds ratio (ROR) cancer types versus low ROR cancer types. (|Spearman's correlation| > 0.3 and FDR < 0.05).
