The drug response module collects eQTLs that exhibit a significant genetic effect (FDR < 0.05) on imputed drug responses across various human cancers. You can search for drug-related eQTLs by selecting an imputed drug response data source and choosing either a drug, SNP ID, or a gene of interest. The result table reports the genetic effect size (beta value), standard error (SE), and P-value of each drug-related eQTL. You can click the 'Plot' button to generate a box plot visualizing the relationship between SNP genotypes and drug responses.
