The immune infiltration module collects eQTLs that exhibit a significant genetic effect (FDR < 0.05) on imputed immune cell abundance across various human cancers. You can search for immune-related eQTLs by selecting an imputed immune cell data source and choosing either a cell type, SNP ID, or a gene of interest. The result table reports the genetic effect size (beta value), standard error (SE), and P-value of each immune-related eQTL. You can click the 'Plot' button to generate a box plot visualizing the relationship between SNP genotypes and immune cell abundance.
