Welcome to RHINO

RHINO is a comprehensive multi-omics database that integrates 10 molecular layers, covering 26,548 samples from 34 tissues and 139 anatomical subdivisions across 31 genetic and pathological, and physiological conditions in humans, baboons, and mice. We mapped 24-hour rhythms across eight regulatory levels, including genetic variation, epigenome, transcription, APA, translation, PTMs, proteome, and metabolome. With RHINO you can explore how upstream regulators shape rhythmic gene expression and downstream physiological functions, offering a valuable platform for circadian biology and chrono-medicine research.
