eRic

eRic is enhancer RNA in cancers. eRNA is one type of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) which are located on the enhancer or other regulation element region. eRNA is the one of best markers for the activate enhancer for now and it also can play roles like lncRNA to regulation cell process.

This database collect the whole eRNA expression profile across TCGA samples as well as the eRNA clinical features, eRNA target genes and eRNA drug response.
